2) W9 form to be submitted directly to our Accounts Payable Team  (accountspayable@iiaba.net). Note our accounting administrator for Invest is Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America. To ensure security please do not copy anyone on the email. 
3) Submit the below Information For Your Team Into Our Online Portal Here.
